KHAMEN is a social entertainment application designed to facilitate party games and decision-making processes. Services include, but are not limited to:
- The Spy (Bra Al-Salfa): A social deduction game engine involving topic generation and role assignment.
- Voting Systems: Tools for secret and public voting to resolve game rounds.
- Decision Tools: Randomized utilities including Spin the Wheel, Dice Rolling, and Coin Flipping.
- Party Games: Interactive modules like "Spin the Bottle" and "Word Guessing".
3. User Data & Privacy
- Local Processing: Game data (such as player names and scores) is processed locally on your device for the duration of the session.
- Ad Data: KHAMEN is an ad-supported application. We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. By using the app, you acknowledge that third-party partners may collect device identifiers (Advertising ID) to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership: All content, including but not limited to the SATER brand, the KHAMEN logo, source code, game mechanics, UI design, and graphics, is the exclusive property of SATER.
- License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
5. Social Interactions & Responsibility
- User Conduct: KHAMEN is a tool for social interaction. SATER is not responsible for arguments, disputes, or interpersonal conflicts that may arise during gameplay (e.g., during "The Spy" accusations or "Truth or Dare" challenges).
- Content Usage: Users are responsible for how they utilize the "Truth or Dare" or "Custom Input" features. We encourage a safe and respectful gaming environment.
6. Monetization & Third-Party Links
- Advertising: This service is provided at no cost and is supported by advertisements.
- Third-Party Content: The application may contain links to third-party websites or services (via ads) that are not owned or controlled by SATER. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of KHAMEN.
- Use the application to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Use automated tools to manipulate voting results or game outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
KHAMEN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SATER shall not be liable for any device malfunction, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the application or reliance on its decision-making tools.
